Jessi Thompson, Registered Physiotherapist/Clinic Owner

Jessi graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Master of Physical Therapy after completing her B.Sc. in Biology/Microbiology from the University of Victoria. Growing up on the North Shore, Jessi has always believed in having a healthy and active lifestyle and looks forward to sharing this passion with her clients.

Jessi believes in a holistic approach to treatment enabling people to get back to the activities they enjoy by using a combination of manual techniques, Acupuncture, Functional Dry Needling (IMS), Clinical Pilates, education and exercise. She has experience treating individuals from all backgrounds and activity levels including clients with orthopaedic and sports injuries, neurological conditions, and those ranging in age from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Jessi is committed to pursuing post-graduate education and she has completed courses in the following: Certificate of Anatomical Acupuncture (CAFCI), Kinetacore Functional Dry Needling (IMS), Real Time Ultrasound (for evaluating core and pelvic floor muscles), Stott Clinical Pilates and TMJ (Jaw) Disorders.

In her free time, Jessi loves practicing Pilates as well as being outdoors hiking the North Shore Mountains with her husband and their dog Baden.
